Join us for a Neighborhood Ice Cream Social, hosted by the Wainscott Sewing Society - mark your calendars, Saturday, September 14th 3:00-4:00 , outside on the lawn at the Wainscott Chapel Mr. Softee Truck will be there!

Community Covered Dish Supper
Come to the Wainscott Chapel's Community Covered Dish Supper. Please bring a dinner entree. Drinks and dessert provided. Come meet your neighbors and join us in this annual tradition. Hosted by the Wainscott Sewing Society.

Historical Talk - "Sisters in the Wind...the road less traveled"
Join us at the Wainscott Chapel on Wednesday morning, July 23rd at 10am for an interesting talk by historian Bruce Kagan. Bruce will take you on “the road less traveled”, reviewing the development of the bicycle and motorcycle and highlighting key biographies of women who dared to make these machines parts of their lives. Their journey elevated and changed society. FREE

Wainscott Strawberry Festival
The tradition lives on- Wainscott Strawberry Festival. Join us on Father’s Day for delicious Strawberry Shortcake. Dine in the Chapel or take home. Adults $10, Children $5 (12 and under please). Proceeds benefit the Wainscott Chapel. Hosted by the Wainscott Sewing Society. Begins at 2:00 pm, and goes till 4:00pm or earlier if we run out.
New this year an incredible Gift Basket will be raffled, full of goodies from our generous Wainscott businesses! Proceeds benefit the Wainscott Chapel, a non-profit community center since 1908.
The 5th Edition of the Wainscott Dumplings book will also be available for sale, $20.
